Abstract

That paper is devoted to the major part of the modern international flow of factors of production, that is direct foreign investments. The paper focuses mainly on the determinations of the inflow of investments as well as the consequences resulting from them. Furthermore, the paper contains some statistical data related to foreign direct investments in the world.
