Living in the modern word can be very difficult for some people. Their psyche doesn’t stand the pressure and very often it is the cause of mental disorder. Living with such a disturbance can have consequences in social and legal live. This problem is very important because this disorder can cause irresponsibleness - insane of person who committed a crime. It can start the procedure of excluding the guilty of this person. The procedure of acting with such a people is very strict and described by law. Police is one of the institutions, which have contact with those people. Police has a right to use direct compulsion to enforce their obedience and to protect others from direct danger for live and health. Each action of the policeman is very important and has a big meaning for correct and effective intervention. That’s why they need to proceed all of the strict procedures. This article is about proceeding with the people with mental disorder.
