The aim of the publication is to identify a broader range, the problem of unfair competition which exists in the air market. Competition is often in a manner inconsistent with the law or accepted principles of morality, which is not conducive to the development of this mode of transport. The article highlights the scope of manifestations of unfair competition in this matter and overviews this type of behavior in the airline industry.
