| dc.description.abstract | This paper presents a content of construction process. And psychological properties of Emotional Competence Questionnaire (KKE). KKE is intended for the measurement the individual differences in the degree emotional competence possess. The emotional competence is defined as an acquire skills in progress development, with different individual intensity and essential for person’s emotional functioning. Sixty items constitute the KKE. The results of preliminary psychometric analysis are showing satisfactory internal consistency of KKE, discriminative power and reliability. | en_US |
