Abstract

This article analyzes the general principles of the conception of life span developmental psychology in compare with traditional psychology assumptions. It contains also the view of studies and conceptions on the possibilities of human developmental changes after the period of adolescence, taking in a particular consideration the young adulthood. The results of these studies show that in the young adulthood there are changes in personality, in intellectual abilities and in moral reasoning. They show us also that the end of adolescence doesn't mean the end of development.
