dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was recognition of interests of fourth grade students of secondary school. The investigation included one hundred extremely gifted intellectually and one hundred average adolescents. Intelligence level was measured by means of Raven's Advanced
Progressive Matrices. The Matczak questionnaire Read Interests was administered to investigate the interests. Data from different sources on interests revealed no significant differences between the two ability groups in the following sphere of interests: psycho-sociological, abstract-logical. biological and technical. The talented boys have significant higher technical interests than their non-talented peers of average intellectual ability. The talented girls and average girls have similar interests. The girls significant dominate on the boys of psycho-sociological, abstract-logical and biological interests. and boys significant dominate on the girls of technical interests. | en_US |
