| dc.description | This paper is a research report presenting one of the dimensions of student’s involvement in the process of
studying, namely the method of selection and use of specific sources of knowledge by last year MA students
of pedagogy. The research problem regards the question: What is the knowledge of MA students? The answer
to this question was possible thanks to the analysis of respondents’ answers to the questionnaire, which has
been limited to the following areas: sources of knowledge, their selection, quality and application, and the
time devoted to the study of selected sources of knowledge. Conclusions indicate alarming phenomena (culture
of copying, pretending to study, violations of ethical standards), and question the educational results of MA
students. The culture of studying is at a low level, and in many cases, it is a kind of game where all that
matters are results – completing the studies. This phenomenon gives rise to serious ethical implications, but
also social and cultural consequences. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tekst jest komunikatem z badań prezentującym jeden z wymiarów zaangażowania studentów w proces studiowania,
jakim jest dobór oraz sposób wykorzystania określonych źródeł wiedzy przez studentów ostatniego
roku studiów magisterskich na kierunku pedagogika. Problem badawczy sprowadzony został do pytania: Jaką
wiedzę posiadają studenci studiów magisterskich? Odpowiedź była możliwa dzięki analizie wypowiedzi
respondentów na pytania kwestionariusza ankiety, które ograniczone zostały do następujących obszarów:
źródeł wiedzy, ich doboru/selekcji, jakości oraz zastosowania, czasu przeznaczonego na studiowanie wybranych
źródeł wiedzy. Wnioski wskazują na niepokojące zjawiska (kultura ksero, pozorowanie studiowania,
łamanie norm etycznych) i stawiają pod znakiem zapytania realne efekty kształcenia studentów. Kultura
studiowania jest na niskim poziomie, w wielu przypadkach ograniczona do pozorowania, jest swoistą grą,
w której liczy się tylko efekt – zaliczenie studiów. Zjawisko to niesie za sobą poważne konsekwencje natury
etycznej, ale także społecznej, kulturowej. | en_US |
