Regulacje prawne dotyczące wykorzystania energetyki wiatrowej w Polsce

Wind energy is regarded as a modern and clean source of energy in Poland. The usage of
this source is more and more popular. The article revolves around the topic of the legal regulations on the use of wind energy in Poland. Its objective is to examine the following questions: What is wind energy and where is it used? What kind of the European Union regulations are related to renewable energy sources? What are the legal aspects of the use of wind energy in Poland? How are technical and environmental requirements of generating energy from wind installations regulated in Poland? At the beginning some aspects on the wind energy are presented. Furthermore, it is stated that investments in wind energy projects are future-oriented and environmentally friendly. Resorting to renewable energy including wind should be perceived as an increasingly used way of obtaining electricity in Poland. Wind energy has been legally regulated at both the international and national levels. These levels and its respective legal acts are thoroughly discussed in the paper. It has been stated that
the investment process is based on several important stages. At the end of the article it is noticed that the appropriate legislation is still needed to develop this issue.
