Abstract

The article “Protecting children on the grounds of violations of law” refers to four violations of the Code offenses that specifically protect children. They can be divided into two groups. On the one hand, there are offenses which relate to an act committed by a minor. On the other hand, there is misconduct, violation of which is the breach of the care or supervision of minors. In this article, the article quoted were analyzed against the performance of their protective functions in relation to the child. Should be made aware of the existence of society, because everyday life can be committed by ignorant guardians.
