dc.description.abstract | In the theoretical part of the article the authors present Kurt Lewin's theory, focusing at the individual in the organisation's field; the concept of climate according to L. Rosenstiel and psychological costs of professional success. In the empirical part they describe the research project, e.g. the sample and instraments. They conclude with the statement saying that the research results indicated that there were an explicit connection the organisation's climate and experiencing the psychological costs by both Polish and Czech managers. | en_US |
