dc.description.abstract | Is the self-perception of biases accurate? The problem was investigated in two experiments. Experiment 1 tasted the impact of attribution perspective on the perception of biases. The observation of the actor's biases increased the accuracy of selt-perception. The effect was true only when biases had positive connotation. Negatively charged biases were perceived more accurately when subjects had been involved in recalling an autobiographic episode (experiment 2). | en_US |
