Abstract

This study has been dedicated primarily to the issues related to experiencing subjectivity by employees working in present workplaces. The authors have also reviewed literature, from the field of philosophy, among others; it allows for noticing a trend to identify the category of subject with a concrete personal subject- human being. Therefore, this article shows characteristics and methods of functioning of economic organizations, which facilitate or hinder experiencing one’s own subjectivity, namely the conditions that are conducive to feeling employee subjectivity as well as situations threatening human subjectivity in work environment.
