Abstract

In this article the author considers critical reading in the sphere of foreign relations as a special type of speech activity, as an art of comparisons and forecast skill. The article comprises author’s view of analytic operation phases in respect of text expression in foreign relations sphere, learning stages of critical reading and exercises for development and improvement of analytical reading skills of future foreign relation specialists, developed and tested in practical studies.
