| dc.description | The basic problem discussed in the article concerns the relationship between the ethical reflection and moral practice. On the background of broader considerations I present the basic motives of Tadeusz Kotarbińskie ethical reflection. The text is divided into four parts. The first discussed the question of the subject and the source of ethics in terms of Kotarbiński. The second is devoted to the main problem of the relationship between the moral practice and ethical reflection. The third part considers the postulate of the independence of ethics.
