Abstract

The article show the picture of a town, which emerges in H.Ch. Andersen’s texts. It describes the town regarding different categories for instance the description of a fairy-like town (with realistic elements), the description of a real town (with elements of magic realism) and the description ofthe rich and poor’s town. It also deals with the architectural description of a town and it treats about the jobs people perform in towns, with those people’s mentalities and relation between the town and a village.
