dc.description.abstract | This paper presents the results obtained from the topographic surveys of the surface of one of the positive channel forms (sandbars) of the Vistula river. The new data collection technology, a GPS RTK device, was used to take the geodetic measurements. The results obtained were processed in GIS computer programme and represented in the form of a Digital Terrain Model (DTM). The results of the morphometric measurements of the channel are also presented. | en_US |
