dc.description.abstract | The physical, geographical and environmental conditions, as well as the cultural heritage, have a good influence on the tourist at tractions in the Cuiavian-Pomeranian Province. As it was presented, the region offers a great number of the culinary tourism activities. Tourists can be attracted by many traditional products, festivals, festivities and culinary competitions. It is worth to mention that there are also some initiatives which focus on the popularization of the regional heritage. Due to the fact that the number of culinary tourists is still increasing, the culinary tourism is becoming a good way of the region promotion. It was important to create a strategy of promotion and development of the local cuisine and culinary tourism. Such activities are conducted. In the Cuiavian-Pomeranian Province practically every kind of the culinary tourism activity can be accomplished. | en_US |
