Polish film critics recognized Yugoslav cinema very well. They vividly reacted to the projections of important films and events. They were especially interested in Yugoslav cinema in the second half of the 60s and 70s, when it was the most successful. This article is not dedicated to the reception of individual films, but a few chosen areas of interests of Polish critics – the topic of war, Yugoslav ,,black wave” films, economic and national issues - and several distinctive ways of their shots. It is worth remembering that the research of perception would tell much more about Polish film literature than Yugoslav cinema.en_US
