Abstract

An issue of adult education causes a lot of controversies nowadays. Some pedagogues underestimate or ignore that category advancing rather disputable arguments. Some researchers, mostly andragogists, consistently emphasize its importance and meaning for human development, regardless its stage or phase. This article mentions some opinions from modern pedagogical debates supporting the need of taking education into consideration in adults` development.
