Typy zadowolenia z życia a system wartościowania
Streszczenie
97 bank workers (aged 20-55) were investigated with: Neuberger and Allerbeck's
"Work Description Inventory" (life satisfaction), Brandstaetter's "Time Sampling Diary" (importance of motives, and happiness), Seifert and Bergmann's "Work Values Orientation” (importance of values). Four types of well-being (Winners, Sufferers, Aspirants, and Frustrates) are distinguished on the basis of a level of life satisfaction and happiness. The links of the types with valuation system are examined. The results show that a structure of valuation system depends on the types of well-being. The types affect a level of: Achievement and Social Power motive importance, Achievement and Affiliation value importance, as well as value-motive congruence in the two last valuation domains. Most differences appear between Aspirants and Sufferers. Four types of well-being manifest different Achievement value-motive relations what leads to a reflection that the types of well-being are mostly conditioned by value-motive relations in the Achievement domain.
