Nowelizacja ustawy Prawo o zgromadzeniach z 2012 roku a międzynarodowe standardy ochrony praw człowieka

Abstract

In the article, the author makes an attempt to analyze the new Polish legal ordinances for freedom ofassembly in comparison to the international human rightsstandards. The article consists oftwo main chapters. The first one analyses the year of 2012 and the Polish freedom to assembly, law amendment and main regulations on freedom ofassembly that were presented to the European Convention on Human Rights, EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The second chapter makes a comparison between detailed rules of this amendment and jurisprudence of Polish Constitutional Tribunal, UN Human Rights Committee and European Court ofHuman Rights with a special emphasis put on the freedom of assembly.
