| dc.description | The socio-economic and educational changes which have occurred in recent twenty years caused important
transformations in the way of understanding work and professionalism, also in the teaching profession.
Both the new model of teachers’ professional development (from a trainee teacher to a honorary title of
a professor of education) and the loss of the employment stability, resulted from the modernization of education
and popularization of teachers’ education, establish new job paths, new career models.
In the article I present the results of the biographical researches in which I undertook reconstruction of changes
in teachers’ careers during modernization of the education system. The selected typology of careers enables
not only to provide description of particular trajectories of teachers’ careers, but also to carry out analysis of
wider processes which have influence on meanings teachers create about their work. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Zmiany społeczno-ekonomiczne i oświatowe ostatnich dwudziestu lat spowodowały istotne przeobrażenia
w sposobie rozumienia pracy i profesjonalizmu, także w zawodzie nauczycielskim. Przyjęty model rozwoju:
od stażysty do profesora oświaty oraz utrata stabilności zatrudnienia wynikająca z reformy oświaty i umasowienia
edukacji nauczycielskiej wyznaczają nowe ścieżki zawodowego życia , nowe modele kariery.
W artykule autorka prezentuje wyniki badań biograficznych, w których dokonała rekonstrukcji zmian przebiegu
karier zawodowych nauczycieli w okresie transformacji systemu oświatowego. Wyłoniona typologia
karier pozwala nie tylko na opis jednostkowych zachowań nauczycieli, ale pozwala także analizować szersze
procesy społeczne, które wpływają na znaczenia, jakie nauczyciele nadają swojej pracy. | en_US |
