Streszczenie
The goal of this paper is to describe the correlation between the fact of being unemployed and evaluation crisis according to the age, gender and the phase of unemployment. I assume that evaluation crisis is a state of tension created by: inability to organize personal values in hierarchical system; important revaluations; lack of cognitive, affective and motivational processes integration; decreased sense of value realization. Fear is a main and basic symptom of a crisis. It is inherent in the situation of unemployment. So, if the lack of job or its loss is a crisis of life events, it demands a new adaptation and leads to changes of experience organization and human behaviour. These changes depend both on age of an unemployed person which is connected with his resources (adaptative possibilities) and on the phase of unemployment which means location of a person on a psychological time dimension of unemployed. Results are based on the comparative study on 300 persons (employed and unemployed) equalized age and the phase of unemployment.
