Miasto i wieś - dwa style życia i dwa systemy wartości (na podstawie wybranych podręczników z okresu międzywojennego)

Abstract

This article presents the differences in the city image and village image which were constructed for textbooks for urban schools and textbooks for village schools. These differences result from the state ideology which promoted in Polish schools after 1932 year. This ideology influences the choice and valuation of categories (e.g. population structure, type of building, organization of space) that create a models of village, suburb and town.
