Abstract

Rape is a criminal offence that is perpetrated in various personal configurations. It may be committed inter alia in the family context, where it takes the form of a spousal rape or an incestuous rape. The former is treated as an ordinary form ofrape, whereas the latter constitutes one ofthe so called qualified form ofthis offence.
