Amerykańska kinematografia wobec wojny z terroryzmem prowadzonej na terytorium Afganistanu i Iraku

Abstract

The aim of the article is to present Hollywood's approach to the issue ofthe war against international terrorism on the territory of Afghanistan and Iraq. The first part discusses the main aspects of the war on terrorism, in particular in the political and military sphere. The second part presents American documentaries and fiction movies devoted to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, executed by the international anti-terrorist coalition led by the United States. The main thesis of the article is that Hollywood is ready to face many difficult issues of this war.
