dc.description.abstract60 commanders and 60 persons working in different professional groups (control grup) completed the Antonovsky’s Sense of Coherence Scale (SOC -29) measurig 3 components: comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness and the Endler and Parker’s Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS ) measurig 3 styles of coping: Task-Oriented Coping, Emotion-Oriented Coping, Avoidances-Oriented Coping. The results of research show that commanders mark lower level in comparison SOC from control group; commanders the most often apply Emotion-Oriented Coping the most seldom, meanwhile Avoidances-Oriented Coping from control group. Emotion-Oriented Coping correlates with from Sense of Coherence among studied commanders high, in turn Task-Oriented Coping correlate with only from one component SOC - from comprehensibility.en_US
